    Added text to the header_hook area in Infinity pro, as you can see by screenshot here it is centered in a smaller screen width, but as that width increases it is not centered and off to the right.

    Any tips on updating this so this text remains in the center across all screen sizes? Thank you in advance, it is much appreciated.

    You have the logo set to float: left. Unless you add a margin to the header, the logo will always float to the left side of the screen no matter what the screen size.
