I actually looked long and hard for a solution that would be clean, SEO friendly and be easy to implement. I choose the AgentPress Theme and modified it to meet my needs. Still working on this site, but you can't tell, because everything I am working on is offline.

Anyway, please look Texas Hill Country Homes and give me some honest feedback.

Nice job. I like the colors, and I like the little popup in the lower right - it's unobtrusive.

My only thing I would suggest looking at is that you have a recent post showing to the lower right of your page, but I couldn't click it to read more?
