Telephone # Upper Right

How can I get a telephone number placed in the upper right side of Genesis? I want it clickable for mobile devices. Thanks!

I am hoping you can help. I need to get two lines up on the same level as my header menu. I have the header menu and the two classes set to display: inline-block, but as you can see it is still not working.

I have tried all the links given by Brad. I'm hoping for a bit more insight. I would have thought my css was enough.

One issue though I need the phone number to right align. I have tried to check margin and padding, but it is being controlled, by the inner container being 1140px.
