    Hello,
I am transferring this website onto wordpress using the genesis sample child theme and have a couple of questions:
    1. How would you just show the primary navigation on the homepage and not the secondary navigation?
    2. Is it better to use a custom page template for the homepage with all the css styles on that page (custom page template) as it is the only page on the website that has a black background or is there a function that will target only the homepage .
    Thanks for any suggestions

    1. Here's an article that teaches how to use conditional secondary menus: http://victorfont.com/genesis-conditional-menus-revisited/

    2. Most Genesis themes have home-page specific css.
