I want my homepage to be the posts page. But I would like to add the Genesis Responsive posts slider in the demo to just under my logo. Any ideas on how to achieve this look?

there is a dedicated support forum for your theme here:
https://prettydarncute.com/forums/forum/swank/Susan will take good care of you.

Kimberly: If you want blog posts on your home page in the Swank theme, the easiest thing to do is to rename your home.php file to something else (like old-home.php). This will then give you a home page with your most recent blog posts.
BUT, that doesn't solve your issue, as you want the slider above your latest posts, so in this instance, you are going to need to customize the theme, to remove the other home page widgets from your home.php file, and add in the Genesis Loop below the Slider widget. I've done it on one of my test sites (here)

thanks!!June 7, 2015 at 9:10 am #155202MoodyRivieraMember@Barb
Yes, PrettyDarnCute does have a forum, and I doubt that it matters where you bought the Swank theme, I'm reasonably sure you can participate in their forum...and that's probably what you should do at this point. (Their forum link isn't exactly easy to find though...just look around their home page and eventually you'll find it.) From what I've heard, they have excellent technical support...and actually, you may have noticed that @Susan who responded on this string is one of their support people.*MoodyRiviera*

June 8, 2015 at 6:43 am #155344SusanModerator@Barb - Yes, you will get the same level of support at the Pretty Darn Cute Design forum whether you purchased the theme directly through StudioPress or through Pretty Darn Cute Design.
Lindsey, the owner of Pretty Darn Cute Design, had been updating the backend of the site over the past couple of days to make things more efficient; this caused some issues with people being unable to access the appropriate forum, but I am seeing that you are now able to access the forum.
For anyone else who finds this thread:
The Pretty Darn Cute Design Support forum is here: https://prettydarncute.com/forum-index/
In order to access it, you need to have a Pretty Darn Cute Design account. If you purchased a theme from Pretty Darn Cute Design, you are automatically set up with an account. If you purchased from StudioPress, you can sign up for your own Pretty Darn Cute Design account here: http://prettydarncute.com/product/studiopress-customer/
If you are having issues setting up an account, or accessing the forums, send me an email to support @ prettydarncute . com -
