I was told by Godaddy that my Prose theme is broken, possibly due to faulty code. Is it possible to reload Prose and Genesis and Prose back to WordPress and this would fix it? Also, if I do this would the customizations I made be overwritten. They customization was within the Prose settings, such as colors, font, etc. I did not make changes to code. Thanks for any suggestions.

P.S. It appears that WordPress is using a default theme until Prose is fixed.

    Hi,

it looks like the website is working just fine with the Prose theme:

If you are still having problems with GoDaddy, I'd recommend to open a ticket with the official Studiopress support at my.studiopress.com/help.

Thanks Christopher. I noticed also that my website started working again. I don't know how it happened but glad it did. Is there a reason that it would just start working again? I was told the theme was broken. Thanks.

Your theme is definitely not broken.
Are you using caching or minifying your css?
Something might just have been "stuck" and needed to be build again.
(Or something was "stuck" at GoDaddy and they didn't know it/didn't want to admit it...)

It´s always good to be cautious about the information from webhosts that don't concern the actual hosting.
Your theme is broken is a little bit of a code for saying, "I have no idea what the problem is, but it is not with us (the hosting). You are on your own finding the reason."

If you run into problems with a Studiopress theme, you can ask here in the forum or raise a support ticket at the URL I mentioned above.
If it is a technical question, you are generally better off with the official support.
