is it possible to have the logo centered and bigger? If so, how do I do that? Thanks!

You would need to change the default size in functions.php and then adjust the CSS to accommodate the larger logo size.

You can also use the header right widget space if your theme supports it - gives you space for a bigger logo, although not centered. (eg a2risk.com
