I would like to move the primary nav bar above the header and leave the secondary below the header. Not a coder, but I can cut and paste!

Redesigning an existing site, using http://writeplacerighttime.com as a dev site

    Thanks,
    Susanna

Thanks, Andrea. Do I place the code at the end of the functions.php file?
