    Does anyone happen to know of a code snippet to show how to make the header AND the primary navigation sticky? I keep running into examples that show one or the other but not both.

    If you navigation is within the header, then you would just make the header fixed. See the example below. The .admin-bar style declaration is to accommodate the admin bar along with the fixed header.

    .site-header {
    	position: fixed;
    	top: 0;
    	left: 0;
    	width: 100%;
    	z-index: 999;
    }
    
    .admin-bar .site-header {
    	top: 32px;
    }
