    I'm building my website (poweranddata.info) with the Generate Child Theme and would like my header and menu bar to be static, stationary, not move while both scrolling and changing pages, and I would like it to not redraw while not changing pages. A nice example is Nick's demo called Fluid2 (should open in new window). I'm pretty handy at writing macros in Excel, but know nothing about HTML.  I was wondering if anyone could help me with this?
