Is there a way to easily recreate the Staff/Employees style block in Genesis (Altitude Pro) without having to code everything?

That theme you posted as a demo is using the siteorigin page builder.

Is it? And is that compatible with Genesis?

Actually, it seems that neither SiteOrigin Page Builder, nor SiteOrigin Widget Pack contain Staff/Employees block. So back to the original question.

That site definitely used SiteOrigin to build the employee section. Examine the source code and see for yourself. You don't need a page builder to do this either, all you need are text widgets and add your content to it. It's basically the same things that they did with the SiteOrigin pagebuilder. Pagebuilder gave them the rows and columns. You may be trying to find something that you don't really need or that doesn't exist.

They use CPTs etc to store Employee data, including photos, LinkedIn URLs etc.

Also, SiteOrigin does not have a staff block.

Finally, the styling needs to come from the theme, doesn't it?
