    Hello
Is there a way of creating a new menu and just showing it in some selected pages?
    Right now I´m using Lifestyle.

Anna... The easiest way would be to create your menu, then drop a 'Custom Menu' widget in the sidebar of the pages you want it to show up on. Use the 'Visibility' feature of the Custom Menu widget.

Hello Leif (are you swedish?? I am)
What is the "Visibility" feature? Where can I see that one?

I don´t want to use all the other widgets as I have in Primary Sidbar. I just read about Genesis Layout Extras, where I can use only the secondary sidbar for one page. But that would not solve my problem if I want more than one diffrent menu.

If you installed jetpack then you will get visibility option. But you can try widget logic plugin and conditionally show the widget.

Thanks for mentioning Jetpack, Genwrock. Yes, you would need to install Jetpack and activate the Widget Visibility module.
