    Hello everyone,

    good to meet you all, nice to be part of the community,

    Nick of SP directed me here:

    I have a problem

    I am working with magazine theme , a child of genesis - (wow, sounds so portentous!)  there are 2 issues,

    I want the slider to go width to width, and the photos to be full size, right now they are chopped in half, also how do i ensure the slider is always full, though I ask it to choose 10 posts it won't , it seems to want to leave blank white spaces, especially if I take one out,

    You have that widget in the Header Right widget area (at least it looks that way. To accomplish what you want - you can use Brian Gardner's instruction on adding a Welcome Widget to the site which would be below your title area but above the posts and sidebar. You would need to add the conditional statement to have it "home page only" if you only want it to show up on the home page.

    Conditional Statement is:

    is_home()

    Hope this helps.
