On my site I've tried to change the color of my title so that the entire white bar is brown using the code, but it never sticks. I change it, save it, and it's still white even after waiting a few days and asking others to check. Any ideas?

    It's the Interior Pro Theme.

Thank you for any advice you can give regarding this issue.

Inspect the site title using this method https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IxkixpQYDXc

Then find the CSS rule which you can modify to change the color.

I did that and it didn't work for some reason. The CSS has been changed but it's not "taking"for some reason. 🙁 Thanks!
