Just doing a sanity check - was the Genesis menu drop down for "title and text" vs "logo" removed, and you can now only add the site logo via the customize menu? I'm totally fine with this, just updating Genesis and my custom theme, and noticed it was gone. It also appears to not go into the /images folder anymore, and simply resides in the media library, which does feel a bit odd - am I right on that, or did I miss something?

The StudioPress developers started moving configuration items to the customizer quite some time ago. The same holds true about the media vs. images folder. I can't remember the last time I saw a logo in the images folder unless it was a totally custom theme.

I'm doing a totally custom theme, and apparently still stuck in the past!

I've been working on this site off and on for some time (person project), and only just realized that my Sample Theme foundation code was from 2.3, not 2.6 (despite checking for updates manually, comparing dates, etc - woops). I just went through and copied over all the changes that didn't clash with my custom code, updating my stylesheet and functions.php primarily.

I'm now up to date on the latest Genesis, merged 2.6 child theme, and my own code. I figured it was related to the 2.3 oversight, just wanted to make sure I didn't remove something from functions.php when updating - thanks!
