The responsive menu (hamburger icon) is not showing on my posts but it does show on the home page. I turned off the plugins and commented out any code but no menu icon. I don't have any javascript errors in the console but I am not sure that is correct. The primary menu does not display which is correct but the responsive menu code with the button tag is not showing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I did not realized later that it was working. Even though Showcase Pro version did not change, I download a new copy and uploaded to the website. I thought I purged the caching but I might of forgotten to purge either WPengine or the browser. Thanks so much for responding.
