What's the best way to show the current post in full (or with a Read More tag) and below that show the featured images of the previous three posts. I'd like to do this so the featured images automatically change with each post.

I'm using a child theme of Workstation Pro

    Thanks!

You would need a custom loop.

You can use genesis_custom_loop or a new WP_Query.

You could also use a front-page.php or home.php file and remove elements excluding the featured image for all posts except the latest post.

Or, you could add 2 Genesis Featured Post widgets to one widget area. Set the first to show full content and the 2nd to show 3 posts, featured image only.
