    Hi,

I'm using Genesis and the sample "responsive" child theme and want to swap the menu structure for a drop down select list when it's viewed on a mobile.

All working fine in "responsive" mode apart from the menu.

I need help on this please...

You could use a conditional statement like this to remove the primary/secondary menu then add in your new drop down in its place.

Thanks for the tip SoZo. Helpful.

However, I think I'm looking for how to re-write or output the menu items into a Select List.

I found this CSS: Responsive Navigation Menu tutorial, It uses clean and semantic HTML5 markup to produce a responsive menu without having to use Javascript.
