Salesforce, Zapier, Gravity Integration

Hi all,
I am a new forum member.
I franchise women's weight loss centres called Healthy Inspirations.
I also license and train weight loss coaches in our business called dietflex

We also operate some other WordPress sites. I hate being held hostage and so have my own hosting account (have not yet found a great host - I'd rather pay more and get great 24/7 service and no or high email limit).

I am nervous about hiring a web developer and having them create a custom theme, as I don't want to be held hostage to them with updates etc.

That's also why, if plugins are required, I am happier buying the premium plugin in my name.

I am looking for someone to pay for some screen sharing coaching sessions, especially with Saleforce integration, through Zapier from Gravity forms. I am in Brisbane on the east coast of Australia and get up very early and so speaking to people in the USA (or anywhere) is not a problem, as long as they speak my language as their mother tongue.

I am not just looking for a graphic-design based web expert who can make a site look nice, I'm really looking for a specialist in online marketing and sales who can make a site gather leads and make sales.
