    I would like to add a rolling news type banner below the menu of a site I am working on here HDC DEV SITE I wondered if anyone had advice on how i go about it in regards of plugins (ideally). I have seen a site that uses what I want rolling news/ticker tape site

    I have already added the 'WP fade in text news' plugin but it does not do what I want it to do correct;y.

    PLEASE HELP!
