    hi there

    I'm using the genesis responsive slider on the executive theme, but it's not displaying correctly.

    http://tinyurl.com/m8wplfd

    Images 5 & 6 are the ones that were added when I originally installed the slider and they are displaying fine.

    Image 4 was added a week ago and it's not quite right

    Images 1 & 2 were added yesterday and they have some serious issues!

    I want the height to be as it is for images 5 & 6.

    I've tried:

    * changing the images sizes in the slider settings
    * regenerating thumbnails
    * uploading exact image size to match the slider
    * added new image size to functions file
    * regenerated thumbnails
    * swore a lot
    * deleted images and re-uploaded
    * regenerated thumbnails
    * swore some more!

    None of the above is solving the issue - and the swearing amazingly doesn't help either!

    A bit of help would be greatly appreciated

    cheers

    Your images are NOT all the same sizes and this is where the problem seems to lie.
    I would delete the images from the media library (the ones not showing correctly) then reload new versions with the correct dimensions as set i the slider
    see sizes you have in your images below

    I was asking this in another area but does the Responsive Slider require that you use images and text of a specific dimension and font size in order to make sure that neither the photo nor the text overlaps the boundaries of the slider area, or each other?

    No - the responsive slider should resize the image to suit the dimensions that are set under Genesis > Slider Settings.

    @qed2u
    thanks for your response, but it's not actually helpful. The plugin should resize the images according to the settings.

    PLUS the text is cut off at the bottom - so this is clearly an issue with the plugin NOT my image sizes.

    Help here would be appreciated if anyone has a solution

    cheers
