Replace primary sidebar one page only

Hello! I have read through many posts and can't seem to find the exact code for functions.php I will need.

I have created a new sidebar position using Genesis extender, but I do not know how to remove the primary sidebar from the unique page, I do not want a full page layout, just to replace Primary sidebar with my new widget position blog sidebar, now the new sidebar position displays under the Primary sidebar, Blog Posts by Category.

I have also tried all the positions for the sidebar in Genesis extender, and none of them place the new widget above the Primary Sidebar-that solution would also work for me.

Thank you for your response! I appreciate any and all help. I have actually already created the new sidebar using Genesis Extender, my problem is the Primary sidebar (which I want to use on all ages except Blog page) seems to outrank my new sidebar position and is on top of it, I would like it to be either underneath my new sidebar position or just remove it from that page only.

I would not like to create new sidebars and assign them to all the other pages, because then every time Imake a new page I will need to assign it the main sidebar
