I know how to display a bigger image image for retina devices.

Some themes are touted as retina ready, but what does that mean? Do these themes have a plug in to create and name two image files according, for the user, so one displays for retina devices

Not sure about non-Genesis themes, but here is an article from Brian Gardner's blog on the topic of optimizing images for retina displays....no plugin needed 🙂
