How do I remove the "..." after the content on featured post/page widgets?

The Genesis Featured Page widget will do this when you remove the "More" text setting. You can also use the Genesis Featured Page Advanced plugin. For posts, you can do this simply with the Genesis Featured Posts widget.

Otherwise: Working link? ("Registration has been disabled.") Theme seems to be "twentyfourteen".
