    Hello.

    I want to ask if there is a Business Pro Child Theme available which doesn't include any WooCommerce hooks and scripts. I want to use Business Pro for a non e-commerce related site so having to load any WooCommerce library will create extra noise and pagespeed time without any real need.

    Comment out line 101 (add_theme_support( 'woocommerce' );) in functions.php.

    Nothing else for WooCommerce should load unless you've installed the plugin.
