I'd like to have the header menu going write across the top of the page in parallax pro (see below for how it is now). I know there's a space for the title to the left, but I don't want that, just a full-width header so I can fit more on.
I'm fiddling around, but not making any progress, so would appreciate any advice!
You can either unregister the header-right widget area or just not use it at all. Either of these choices will give you the full-width header. Then, you can add the menu to the header using an action added to functions.php:
add_action( 'genesis_header', 'genesis_do_nav', 12 );
Thanks, have done that but now getting error & can't access site via w/press
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/mindmoose.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/parallax-pro/functions.php on line 164
Looks like you might have added the line of code in the wrong place. The only way to fix it now to to edit functions.php through FTP. It also looks like you may have some custom code in your functions file. The $end variable referenced in your error is not in the Parallax Pro functions file as delivered.
