    Hi there,

    I have set the .entry to have 0.7 opacity, however this is obviously affecting the content. Is there anyway around this?

    To be more specific of what I am trying to achieve:

    I would like to content container to have opacity so that the background is visible, however not the content itself. I am using Agency Pro.

    Thanks
    Nicola

    Hi Brad,

    Thanks for this.

    From what I can gather from the markup, is that I need to set the opacity either to the site-inner or site-container, it works with either, however all the content also takes it on.

    I have then tried to set the opacity to 1 for anything .content or .entry but nothing seems to work.

    I bet I'm missing something very simple.

    I have removed the opacity from the .entry so it showing white....

    It's a simple css issue.

    Try using rgba for background.
    Your css should look as follows:

    .entry {
    background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0.7);
    border-radius: 10px;
    margin-bottom: 4rem;
    padding: 4rem 4rem 2.4rem;
    }
