    Hello,

    I'd like to remove the top nav menu and the footer (only) on the front page of http://fotos-kronberg.de/ to make it look less cluttered. How can I do this in functions.php?

    Many thanks,
    Johannes

    You can add code snippets directly to your front-page.php file.

    Arrgh. The answer was right in front of me. I added

    //* Unregister primary/secondary navigation menus and footer
    remove_theme_support( 'genesis-menus' );
    remove_action('genesis_footer', 'genesis_do_footer');
    remove_action('genesis_footer', 'genesis_footer_markup_open', 5);
    remove_action('genesis_footer', 'genesis_footer_markup_close', 15);

    before genesis(); -- works fine.

    Many thanks!
