I’d like to remove date and author after the title in Monochrome Pro.

I’ve removed meta from Singular Content in theme settings (as suggested in this tutorial) with no success. I also searched through functions.php, single.php and other theme files but couldn’f find the code that displays the date after the title.

Some hint will be very appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Gustavo

    It should be -

Customise > Theme Settings > Singular Content

Entry Meta (above content) > Delete what's in there and publish

Hi Andy, didn’t work. I completely removed meta from Singular Content.

That’s odd , I tried it on a local install and it worked fine. Can we be sure the date is being generated by Genesis and not a plugin or some custom code?. Sorry I can’t help much , really don’t have enough to go on , a link to a site might help , but not guaranteed.

You’re right. I think it was my cache. Problem solved, thanks a lot.
