I asked this on the WordPress forums and the plugin author seemed to think it is a problem with the theme search template. And since the only search template I can find is in the Genesis core files, I don't want to mess with it so I'll ask here too.
    (WordPress forum - http://wordpress.org/support/topic/results-showing-random-unrelated-graphics)

I'm using the Going Green child theme.

Sometimes our search results show random images or graphics with an entry. Other times no images are shown.
Is there any way to set if and when images are shown? And more importantly, is there any way to make sure the image shown is actually relevant in some way to the result it is paired with?
The Relevansi search box is in the footer right now.
Here is a screen cap that illustrates our problem:

You can use your own custom search results page template

That's may help otherwise someone may have experience with that plugin.

Thanks @braddalton, that helped clean up the look definitely, but it still seems to be pulling random ad images to go with results.

    Any other ideas out there?
