I have set up Simple Social Icons inside the Nav Social Menu widget but the Social Icons do not show on mobile.

They have hidden the search and icons on mobile. You should reach out to Lauren for a solution to that as it's a third party theme. https://restored316designs.com/submit-a-support-ticket/
