Hi,
Can someone point me in the right direction for getting the 'read more' button to display and work in standard pages and WooCommerce category pages using the Genesis Sample theme.

I've looked at https://gist.github.com/studiopress/5700336 but that doesn't seem to work.

Link to your WooCommerce category page please.

You need to use the Genesis > Theme Settings > Content Archives > Entry Content limit settings otherwise, add a read more link to excerpts

Based on my testing, the Read More link displays on WC category archives.
