    I am using executive pro theme.

    I would like to know how to add/enable and icon on the main blog page that says "Read More" so visitors can click this and the title to navigate to the blog post.

    Easiest way is fine (be default or if need to create from within each blog post)

    When you say "add/enable and icon" I'm not really sure what you mean...but in case you're just trying to figure out how to add a "Read More" notation at the spot where you want to cut the post short and send the reader to the full blog post, here's a video that shows how:
