How does one remove the dates from blog posts? Is there a simple change that I can make in WordPress that is not highly technical? Thank you.

Use this code in your child themes functions file and remove the post_date shortcode from the code https://my.studiopress.com/documentation/snippets/entry-header-html5/customize-the-entry-header/

Thank you for your response. I am not a professional coder. Would taking these steps require extensive coding experience? Previously, it seems as though there was some simple step that I took by going into my WordPress dashboard in order to remove the date. Would you or anyone here be aware of such a process? Thank you.

You can use the Genesis Simple Edits plugin however the modified code is the best method.

Is the process of inserting the modified code a highly technical process? Would you mind sharing where I would make the needed changes? In your initial response to this post, you mentioned removing the post_date short code from the code. How should I do this? Thank you in advance for your continued assistance.

Do you want to remove the date from archives as well or only single posts?
