Problems with the updates

Hello,

When I updated the version 1.5.1 (2 versions back), Yoast Seo didn't work properly.I had to desinstall it.

Two days ago, with the last version 1.5.2 the fonts size didn't work.

What happen with Genesis Blocks?

Does anybody experienced something like that?

It's imposible to use it anymore.

I experienced the font size problem as well and posted the following on Genesis WordPress Facebook page:

BE AWARE… all users of Genesis Blocks…

There’s definitely a bug in the plugin Genesis Blocks Version 1.5.2. when used with WordPress 6.0.2.

When attempting to change font sizes for Headline or Paragraph the block text changes to this message…

“This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.”

If you update anyway, the font size doesn’t change and you either have to leave it at the default size, delete or replace it with an image of the text… which is what I had to do for a site that’s having a show this weekend.

I have the previous version of the plugin, but I’m not sure about deleting 1.5.2 and replacing it with 1.5.1… plus I have it on over a dozen sites.

I do hope that they fix this soon.

Hi,

Same problem here. Just updated to the latest update (1.5.2) and now Cover block doesn't work. Loads the image, but when I try and change text in any way (ex. font size) it gives the same error (This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed).

I have retroceed the plugin to version 1.5.1. in order to publish a new post. I use font size 22 px and with the update it was too litle.

Yes, the same: posts and pages already published doesn't change, they keep the same format.

This is a known bug as noted in the Facebook group. The Genesis team is aware and will be rolling out an updated. ETA on that is not available at this time.

The bug is solved. I have tested in my WordPress and now it'spossible to change the font size.
