Hello, I am the version 1 hello pro theme user who bought in the studiopress.

I encountered a problem with the Genesis eNews Extended plugin.

Why does the first name & last name column for "required" not work? ...

So when the customer only enters an email, the subscription process becomes successful.

    Can friends help me?

    Thank you

Hi @imstrategy, setting up the fields to be "required" won't have an affect in eNews Extended. You would need to also add some hidden fields in the plugin. Those instructions on how to do that would be in your subscription program instructions.

The best bet would be for you to use the widget embed that comes with your program and then duplicate the CSS styling of the eNews Extended widget. I have a tutorial here showing how to do that with MailChimp.
