I'm having major problems with sixteen nine. I'm using Hostgator as the web host. Every time I try to upload a new image for the background stretch image I get logged out.

I also can't set up the menu items as described in the theme set up. I really can't figure out what is going on. Has anyone else had issues?

I'm still experiencing this problem - has anyone else experienced this? I've used this theme for two other client sites, one of which is on hostgator, and no problems at all, but with this site it's constant. I really want to use this theme but am struggling to customise it.

Hi Kathie. This is a very unusual issue and one that I think will be next to impossible to solve without being able to see the back end of your site. Would you be open to paying a developer to look at your site?

That depends on the cost Carlo. I'm still waiting for the Studiopress people to respond to my support request. Was just hoping someone else may have come across this and how they sorted it.
