Hello, I have arrived at the forum after trying and resarching every possible solution to my exec-pro wordpress issue. I hope I can explain this properly...

    1. When I choose to use a page layout with right hand sidebar (which I need for contact form) the site no longer appears responsive on smartphone or tablet. Strangely when I resize my desktop browser window it shows as resizing to the responsive version.

    2. Even when I choose page width without sidebar for page template, the menu on a smartphone narrows but I do not get a nice neat 'hamburger style' menu.

I am completely stumped - especially as when I use inspector and reduce the browser window it does behave responsively.

    website url is http://www.eco-energi.com

    Massive thanks in advance.

When I viewed your source code, you've got all kinds of coding errors and broken HTML on the site. Many of your scripts are being loaded with an invalid defer directive as in this example:

    <script type='text/javascript' src='https://eco-energi.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=1.4.1' defer '></script>

This is all over the place and will prevent these scripts from running. You have quite a few links without closing tags that are causing broken divs as well. The area with the broken links starts with the following text: "Eco-energi is a trading style of Gas Elec Safety Systems Limited".

You have to clean up your errors. These are not generated by WordPress, the Genesis Framework, or your child theme. These errors are being created by bad HTML you created or a plugin.

Ok thanks Victor - I will go through and do a clean up to see if that helps. Many thanks for your answer.
