    I am looking to remove dates from:

    a) individual blog posts

    and b) the "posts page" itself where a list of posts are linked (this is linked to the button "Blog" on my site.

    I have the Modern Blogger Pro child theme installed (though I will soon be moving to a cleaner looking custom version of the sample theme and assume I'll have to do this all over again)...

    So far, I have made modifications to both the style.css and functions.php files that did not create any change. I've restored back to original form prior to creating this post.

    I tried 2 different plug-ins, one was the Old Post Date Remover - it did remove dates from individual posts/entries, but dates still appeared on the "Posts Page"/Blog page.

    WP Meta and Date Remover removed all dates - but also removed Author information, and left the "By" text in place - I would prefer to keep author information and just lose the dates.

    Any help is much appreciated. =)

    Have you tried this?

    Copy and paste into funtions.php:

    //* Removes the date from the entry meta
    //* Customize the entry meta in the entry header (requires HTML5 theme support)
    add_filter( 'genesis_post_info', 'sp_post_info_filter' );
    function sp_post_info_filter($post_info) {
    	$post_info = 'by [post_author_posts_link] [post_comments] [post_edit]';
    	return $post_info;
    }

    Brock,

    Thank you SO much - that worked perfectly.

    You've no idea how many snippets of code I've tried - no idea why I didn't ask here first. 🙂

    Thank you again.
