I'd like to give my readers a chance to share articles with various social sites, such as twitter, facebook, google+ and linkedin. JetPack has a social option, but it displays at the bottom of articles. I'd like to display the icons before the article body. Are there some pre-rolled hooks or functions that I can use to display sharing icons at the top of each full post?
