    Attempting to place previous-next navigation links on the Gallery Pro posts. As per the tutorial (https://yivva.com/previous-next-posts-links-genesis/) entered the code:
    add_action( 'genesis_entry_footer', 'genesis_prev_next_post_nav' );
    in the GalleryPro theme functions.php.

    As you can see from the URL (http://181.224.147.220/~kencoop8) page, go select any post (bottom right), i.e. 05-Jul-2016 (Tuesday) and look at the bottom of the post and you will see the navigation links to the previous and next day. This is where the links should be for the Genesis 'genesis_entry_footer' hook.

    However, if I use:
    add_action( 'genesis_before_content', 'genesis_prev_next_post_nav' );
    with the genesis_before_content switch I do not get the navigation links at/near the top of the post. Matter of fact the links do not show up at all.

    Further, if I comment out
    add_action( 'genesis_entry_footer', 'genesis_prev_next_post_nav' );
    and enter
    add_action( 'genesis_before_content', 'genesis_prev_next_post_nav' );
    I get the links at the bottom but nothing at the top of the post.

    How do I get the navigations links at the top AND bottom of the post?

    Thanks - Ken Cooper

    It's because that the function 'genesis_prev_next_post_nav' only adds theme support for the actual function that outputs the links, which is 'genesis_adjacent_entry_nav'. So you need to add the support before the actual output...

    add_action( 'genesis_before_content', 'genesis_prev_next_post_nav' );
    add_action( 'genesis_before_content', 'genesis_adjacent_entry_nav' );

    I love helping creative entrepreneurs build epic things with WP & Genesis.
