Please help with header text alignment

I've tried using a header pic but to no avail with the "search widget" utilized.
So, tried using just the text but it keeps to the left and I'd like it lined up just above the "home tab" - So, a little to the right.

I cannot seem to find the correct area to adjust this.
Could someone please assist?

Thanks mate. I'm trying to adjust these and if I remove the search widget, it's okay.
I know that everything is relative but as I'm trying to alter these nothing positive happens.

I'm going to try adding a custom header from Gimp again and see how that goes.

Okay, still cannot get the search widget and custom header together.
One messes with the other.

Isn't there something under "media queries" that needs adjustment too?
This has been driving me crazy and there's little online for us noobs that resembles english

I'm still having issues- cannot line up the header with a search included.
BTW, should I be using the Genesis or WordPress search widget, does it matter?

I bought genesis extender but it's non responsive (contacting support) so maybe there's another issue.
Again, is there anything under the media queries I need to look at, please?
