    Just upgraded server to run PHP7. PHP compatiablity plugin gives me the following warning:

    618 | WARNING | Function name "__genesis_return_content_sidebar" is discouraged; PHP has reserved all method names with a double underscore prefix for future use
    633 | WARNING | Function name "__genesis_return_sidebar_content" is discouraged; PHP has reserved all method names with a double underscore prefix for future use
    648 | WARNING | Function name "__genesis_return_content_sidebar_sidebar" is discouraged; PHP has reserved all method names with a double underscore prefix for future use
    663 | WARNING | Function name "__genesis_return_sidebar_sidebar_content" is discouraged; PHP has reserved all method names with a double underscore prefix for future use
    678 | WARNING | Function name "__genesis_return_sidebar_content_sidebar" is discouraged; PHP has reserved all method names with a double underscore prefix for future use

    Is this a problem as we have the same issue on all sites?

    You can ignore these. Genesis runs perfectly in PHP7. PHP will never name one of their functions with __genesis.
