    hello all,

    I have been wrecking my brain trying to figure out two things:

    1. where in my css file do i insert the code to change my background color. I keep changing the code but it isn't working.

    2. what code to use to make my background gradient red.

    if anyone has any pointers, that would be great.

    also, my home page is set to display my latest posts but they show up as links instead of the actual post itself. does anyone know how to correct this?

    thank you...

    For your background, look for this in your style.css file:

    body.agentpress-red {
    background: url(images/red/bg.png);
    }

    For your gradient background, you will need to create one. Replace bg.png with the image you created.

    I'm not sure whats going on with your posts just by looking at it, sorry.

    If you are using code, you would add this:

    body.agentpress-red {
    background: url(images/red/bg.png) repeat-x;
    }

    This tells the background to repeat itself horizontally. If you wanted your background to repeat it'self vertically, it would be repeat-y. If you don't want to repeat it at all, you would put in no-repeat.

    If you uploaded it through your WordPress dashboard (did you go to Appearance > Background?) then it will give you the option when you upload to select  your repeating options.
