    Hi

Just launched this new site: http://ashevilleandbeyond.com/

Performs well on monitor and tablet, but completely blank on a smartphone.

The original CSS is still untouched. I removed the content of my custom CSS and it still does not display.

I'm hoping someone else might have had the same issue? If not any ideas?

    Hi Peter,

If it's not the theme's CSS, then it's coming from one of your plugins. Do you have Jetpack's mobile component activated?

You've also got something (Evm Portfolio?, Page scroll to id?) forcing your home URL to be http://ashevilleandbeyond.com/#all, forcing that #all ID at the end. (Except, it seems, on iOS. <?>)

Also, is that "blank", "white" or some shade of gray? (Like background-color: #D6D6D6 from .home-section-2?)

Before you go diving into code, I'd suggest deactivating all of your plugins and testing again. Then systematically add back plugins, test, add, test ... It could be one alone or a combination that doesn't play well together.

    Thanks for the suggestions Tom.

First thing I tried was deactivating all plugins.

The #all is connected to the filter on the listing portfolio in panel 2. I'll try removing that first.

Support suggested there was some sort of mobile redirection going on via Keller Williams, which I'm delving into now ...

    Thanks again

    Peter
