I am using the latest Genesis Framework. I want the Home Page to have Parallax Scrolling with a Video Background under the menu, that can default to an image if the video can not display. What is the best way to accomplish this? I am open to plug-ins that don't sacrifice site speed or creating a theme (what code changes would I need to make if I created my own theme?). If there is a theme that does this already using the Genesis Framework, then please let me know.
