    Hi everyone,

I have Parallax Pro and have added the Genesis Responsive Slider using the instructions from Sridhar Katakam's web site. Currently, I only have 1 image right now so there's no sliding, however, my image is being cut off. The image size matches exactly to the slider settings which is 1425x522. I don't know why it's cutting it off. I did recently do some tweaking w/ the padding of the widgets so there was less space in between each home section. Perhaps that did something??? I'm at a loss. Any assistance would be great! Thanks!

No, actually it's not fixed and that's weird b/c this is what I'm seeing -- the bottom is cut off using Firefox & Chrome.

I've looked at the site in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari an a Mac. It's looks good on all browsers. The problem you are seeing appears to be local to you. I will tell you this, at over 1Mb, that image is way to big to render properly for a website. It needs to be optimized for the web or the site will perform very poorly.

    Hi Victor,

Thank you. Yes, I am going to compress the image. It's just a test right now. But what I don't understand is how I'm seeing the image in Firefox & Chrome as being cut off like that but no one else is. How can that be? Any suggestions? I just don't get that. Thanks!

    Hi Kim,

have you tried using a "Private Window" in Firefox or an "Incognito Window" in Chrome?
If you can see the images in privacy mode, your browser has cached an old version of the website.

No and I'm not sure how to do that. I cleared my cache on both browsers and restarted them...still seeing the image being cut off. Thanks.
