Parallax Pro : The Sidebar CSS Styles are not showing up in the mobile devices

The website http://www.ew3tech.com is using parallax pro theme and Genesis simple sidebar plugin to show primary sidebar on About, Services and Blog page and custom sidebar on the contact page. I styled the sidebar text widgets in the style.css of the theme. The widgets show up perfectly fine in the desktop browser windows and even when the browser windows are resized.
The issue happens; when the pages containing the sidebars are seen on the mobile devices. The sidebars are ignoring the css styles described in the style.css completely. I wrote the styles outside the media queries so they should be valid on all devices.
I tried to write copy of the rules under the media queries but for some reason; nothing changes.
I am confused about what is overriding my style rules under the media queries.

I will really appreciate if someone can point out the problem.

I am having this same issue on my site jrjustdoes.com

For me, I styled the sidebar so that it is more narrow; however, there's just a giant gap on mobile devices (specifically the iPad and Apple products.)

Help would be appreciated!

Hi jrricker,

I got my problem solved by deleting the cache of the mobile device browsers as I was working on the live website. Try doing the same on your devices and see if you can get the problem resolved.
