    I've used Parallux-pro many many times and never had this problem.

    Seems the menu is populating in the site-inner instead of the header section. Not sure how I did that and how to get it back. I have been messing w functions.php a bit but not in regards to the menu.

    I even scrapped the css and started over- to no avail. I also noticed that the out-of-the-box css has the top margin for the menu at -12% which puts it over the top of the page. That's a bit odd too.

    Ideas?

    Turns out I didn't have enough content on the page for it to scroll...
