    Hi
I'm despairing of how to create pages and menues. I don't know the difference. No matter what I do, pages won't show up on my site. I created 4 pages, like home and contact. When I preview my site I only see my blog title and subtitle, nothing else, apart from created with wordpress blabla.
I installed Genesis and now the novo child theme. Where's my mistake? Also, I tried out creating a menue and include my pages there, still no better. Please help me... and btw I'd love to have a good guide for the first steps on wp, would really ease my life.
    thanks

You need to set your primary navigation. Go to Appearance > Menus. Then click the tab Manage Menus at the top. From the drop down next to Primary - select the menu you created and then save it.
